Spend Time Daily Following Up with Customers

How often do you check in with your customers individually?

Do you follow up with each and every customer to make sure they’re as satisfied with their purchase as they can be?

That may seem like an overwhelming task, but if you just spend a few minutes out of your daily routine messaging a handful of people, you may be surprised at how many people you can get through.

Doing this can help you keep in touch with your customers, can show them you care about their experience and their satisfaction, and can help make them loyal customers who want to keep coming back to you.

You can send just a simple message such as, “Hey! I wanted to check in and see how you’re liking your jewelry? Any questions or concerns about your order that I can help answer for you? :)”

If you can include their name in the greeting and the specific items they purchased, that’s even better!

Personal touches could do a lot to set their customer experience apart.

If you do a lot of in-home or online parties, don’t forget that your party hosts are customers too. (In fact, they may be some of your best customers since they were interested enough in the product to do a party with you!)

So follow up with hosts too and keep them as happy as you possibly can – You never know if they may even want to host a party with you again!
