To be honest, one of the best ways to earn a lot of income through this kind of direct sales industry is by recruiting people to your team.
But you may have enough difficulty selling, let alone getting other people to start selling.
Where do you start?
1. Get your business to a level of “success”
Before you can successfully recruit, you need to get your business to a certain level of success that is attractive to people.
You don’t need to be making 6 figures, but you need to be able to genuinely tell people how selling your jewelry is an amazing opportunity.
That’s the key: be genuine.
If you don’t believe in what you’re doing and are just trying to “trick” people into joining, people will see right through that. (Not to mention it’s unethical!)
If you don’t BELIEVE that this is a legitimate good business opportunity, you won’t be able to sell it to other people.
2. Share your successes
If you want to entice people to join your team, you’ll want to share some of the success that selling your jewelry has allowed you to experience.
You don’t want to go about this with a braggy, “look at me and how much I make” mentality, but with an attitude that comes across as, “This business opportunity has allowed me to purchase this, and you can have the same opportunity too!”
Consider some examples:
“Because of selling my jewelry, I’m able to pay for my son’s Karate lessons!”
“Selling this jewelry has allowed us to make enough money to buy the new car we’ve always wanted!”
“I’m so thankful for the opportunity to pay off my medical debt!”
So anytime you receive a blessing because of selling your jewelry, don’t be afraid to share it!
3. Talk about why you sell
As part of being genuine, talk about why you sell your jewelry, why you started, and what it has done for you.
You can bring up points such as:
- The initial investment isn’t overly costly
- It allows you to earn some money working from home
- It’s a product anybody can afford
- You can be in control of the hours you work
Whatever enticed you to join is likely to be enticing to others as well!
