Here Are Yet Another 5 Tips for Running the Most Effective Live Sales

Following up on our previous post of 4 Tips for Running the Most Effective Live Sales and 5 More Tips for Running the Most Effective Live Sales here are some more tips.

10. Be Willing to Laugh at Yourself

Your live videos will be much less stressful for you if you have a sense of humor and are willing to laugh at yourself.

Run into technical problems? Slip up and say something you didn’t mean to say? Forget something important?

Laugh it off and try again!

11. Ask People to Like, Comment, and Share

At several points during your live video you can ask people to like the video, tell them to comment #live if watching live or #replay if watching the replay, and ask them to share the video.

The more people who like or comment on the video, the more Facebook will allow more people to see it in their feeds. And obviously the more people who share the better!

You could even offer an incentive for sharing the video, such as entering them into a drawing for a free item.

12. Ask People to Join Your VIP Group

In addition to asking people to like, comment, and share the video, you want to get people to join your VIP group.

Private message people who watched your live video afterward and ask them if they would like to join.

Sometimes all it takes is simply asking!

13. Try to Get the Audience Involved

You want to encourage as much participating and engagement in your live videos as possible.

You want to ask questions and encourage feedback. You can even ask non-business-related questions such as, “We’re thinking about going on vacation next week, does anyone have any recommendations on where to go?”

Anything to get as much involvement as possible!

14. Be Excited

You want to be yourself but be the most excited and energetic version of yourself.

You don’t want to sound monotone or look like you’re about to fall asleep.

If you struggle with this, maybe try drinking a cup of coffee to help energize you.

On the other hand, don’t get lost in your excitement/nervousness and talk too much or too fast. Find a balance that works for you!

Stay tuned for the final post in this series!
