4 Tips to Recruit New People

One essential part of growing your Paparazzi business, is recruiting new people.

You can sell jewelry yourself and make decent money, but if you want to rank up and really start to get into the six figure range, you need a big team to help you.

One of the most common questions that I get is “how can I get people to join my team?”

I’ve narrowed it down to 4 tips to recruit new people. Whether you are a seasoned vet with 500 people on your team, or you are still looking to sign your first person, these tips can help.

Tip #1 – Do not try to sell people

People hate to be sold to. They can see a pitch coming from a mile away.

If you want to successfully get people to join your team, you need to not make them feel like you are trying to exploit them, but that it is in their best interest.

How can you do that?

Tip #2 – Care about the person that you are recruiting

Instead of selling to the person you are talking to, honestly care about them as a person.

Care about their situation, care about whether or not they are successful.

Don’t make recruiting them be about “I need this to move forward!” make it about “what do they need.”

When you truly care about people and their success and their well-being, it will come across in your pitch.

Tip #3 – Truly Believe in Paparazzi

If you don’t truly believe in Paparazzi, it is going to be hard to convince other people to join with you.

If you think “this will never work,” but then you tell them about “what a great opportunity it is,” what you are saying will come across as a sales pitch.

But if you truly believe in Paparazzi, and you are following tip #2 where you truly care about them as a person, how could you not share the Paparazzi opportunity with them?

Tip #4 – Be passionate

Now that you have everything else in place: You aren’t trying to sell them, you truly care about them as a person, and you genuinely believe that Paparazzi will help them, let all that genuineness come through.

Don’t approach recruiting them with a “take it or leave it” attitude, approach them with a passion for them engaging in this opportunity.

People respond to passion. Try and get in the mindset you were in when you first started selling Paparazzi.

Something brought you to sell Paparazzi, whether it be the ability to work from home, the potential of extra spending money, or the pleasure of being your own boss.

Hone in on those passions that got you started, and share them with those you would like to recruit.
